More than 400 veterans are buried at Union Ridge Cemetery, including more than 70 Civil War soldiers. Every year, the cemetery hosts a ceremony for Veterans Day, along with the Sons of the Union Veterans of the Civil War. The event includes the firing of a Civil War cannon. Join us this year on Saturday, November 9 at 2 p.m. to honor those who have served our country. For more information on the Sons of Union Veterans of the Civil War, visit https://suvcw.org
