🌲 Columbarium Path Project: Help Us Create a Lasting Legacy at Union Ridge Cemetery

At Union Ridge Cemetery, we are committed to preserving history while creating a peaceful, beautiful place for reflection and remembrance. Our newest effort—the Columbarium Path Project—will turn an unused, tree-lined area into a thoughtfully designed walkway that honors the past and supports the future of our cemetery.

🛠️ What We're Building

We plan to construct a granite-edged path lined with historic trees, leading directly to our existing columbarium and future columbarium expansions.

The path will feature:

• Granite stone borders (already sourced and vendor-ready!)

• Mulch made from trimmed cemetery trees, topped with high-quality decorative mulch

• Engraved stone benches available for dedication

• Seasonal flowers planted for lasting beauty

• A peaceful route through a corner of the cemetery that cannot be used for traditional grave plots

This area will eventually host additional columbarium walls and even bench-style columbariums, which serve both as seating and as a final resting place for ashes—a modern and artistic memorial option.
