Historical Tour on July 15, 2023

Union Ridge Cemetery and Northwest Chicago Historical Society are teaming up for a walking tour of the cemetery on Saturday, July 15, 2023, at 2 p.m.  Wander under the 300-year-old burr oaks and learn about historical figures such Civil War Gen. “Spoons” Butler and early settlers such as Rev. John B. Dawson and Sarah and Martin Kimbell.

URC Board President Dave Totsch will guide the tour, which will last approximately two hours. 
Ticket price is $26 per person. You must register for the event on the Northwest Chicago Historical Society Meetup Group. Attendance is limited. All  proceeds will go to the upkeep of Union Ridge Cemetery.
